BMW IT Hub staff capacity doubled in the last four years and required larger premises. The initial project included the top two floors of the new premise to be converted into a welcome centre for new trainees. Large open plan desk areas were combined with boardrooms, focus and collaboration areas to provide a comfortable working environment. Phase II involved part of groundloor and second floor, which now housed the welcome centre, new coffee shop, training centre and full floor with cluster tables and a few offices with boardrooms.
